No$GBA 2.6a + ENG Bios + No$Zoomer2.3.0.2 ENG + 4languages

I have try to find English version of No$Zoomer2.3.0.2 and I googlize for it to long (~ 1.15-2) hour,Then I found English dll for it,so I decide to make the ultimate no$gba version that contain every thing the player need to play in decent way
